Your Role

Supporting PMO & Operational Excellence Manager to drive process improvement and cost reduction within Electrolux Shared Services through standardization, rationalization, and automation of accounting processes.

A Typical Day

As an Automation & Process Lead, you are responsible to-

• Cooperate with GFSS Global Automation team to leverage from existing Global Automations.
• Plan for scaling of Automation capabilities across countries
• Lead the assessment of automation potential for RPA & Non-RPA scope.
• Ensure associated opportunity assessment and documentation methodologies are followed.
• Deploy any automation initiatives assigned by the Line Manager.
• Lead and drive the automation initiatives by collaborating between the business key users and IT stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is maintained in line with RPA governance model.
• Prepare relevant documentations to be shared with IT for automation development.
• Work hand in hand with continuous improvement team and analyze existing process inefficiencies to identify process automation opportunities, quality, andefficiency improvements.
• Perform pre-verification walkthrough of the automation solution before proceeding to UAT.
• Estimate benefits and costs and create business case to support the implementation decision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and priority of automation opportunities and analysis of the potential.
• Lead process workshops to identify and validate automation opportunities.
• Report periodically on the automation initiatives status with various stakeholders.
• Contribute to realization of the targets and tasks within the operational excellence team.
• Ensuring that productivity and quality of service meets customers\' expectations.
• Lead and coach the specialist to deliver any of the automation initiatives.
• Actively undertaking activities to increase own competency portfolio.
• Supporting, if required, other business areas
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by senior management.

Who You Are

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor\'s degree in computing/information system.
• At least 6 - 8 years working experiences in similar fields.
• Experience with BPM/RPA Tools/excel macros/ Visual Basic scripts/Access and/or other forms of automation.

Core Competencies

• Solid knowledge of the continuous improvement methodologies and its application
• Robust knowledge about automation of accounting processes via desktop automations (VBA, macros, scripts) and Robotic Process Automation software
• Experience in project and change management.
• Experienced with Shared Service or Outsourcing Centre environment, people, project & change management as well as working in a multicultural, international environment, understanding of relevant regional accounting practices and the regulatory environment.
• Fluent/Excellent English written and spoken.
• MS Office, SAP (or the other ERP system) knowledge
