POSITION - AUTOMOTIVE AFTERSALES & WARRANTY
LOCATION - KAPAR, KLANG
SALARY - RM 3500-4500
Job Scope
1. Provide technical support, manage warranty and support aftersales
operations including claims handling and administration.
2. Coordinate with manufacturers, dealers, customers, and technical team to
resolve technical issues and to ensure timeline are met.
3. Manage parts inventory and ensure stock levels are accurately recorded.
4. Analyze data to improve service standard and product.
5. Any other relevant job as assigned by the management.
Requirement
? Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related technical field.
? 2-5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, technical support, or
warranty management.
? Experience in the truck or commercial vehicle sector will be a strong added
advantage.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
effectively.
? Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with manufacturers, dealers,
and customers.
