Supports the R&D function to development and/or delivery of integrated solutions to an external customer, often involving multi-function and multi-vendor efforts. Determines overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements. Accountable for risk assessment. Assists external customer in the definition and implementation of complex integrated solutions requiring relevant products and services. Is responsible for costing of standard and customized solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets. Coordinates internal and external project team members\xe2\x80\x99 contribution.

• Determines and develops approaches to assignments
• Leads projects requiring coordination with other internal organizations, customers
• Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity
• Requires cross functions communication
• Coordinates internal and external project team members\xe2\x80\x99 contribution
• Responsible to manage project budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements per plan
• Project post-mortem to gain constructive learnings from the product development process

Job Qualifications

Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent Minimum of 4 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 years.
