Job Description

Salary: MYR 3,000 - MYR 5,000 Per Month + Commission: MYR 3,000 - MYR 5,000



Location: Klang, Selangor



Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required.

Fluent in Mandarin is preferred to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients; proficient in English and/or Malay, both oral and written.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license.


Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth.

Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales planning.

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to track progress and inform decision-making.

Represent the company at industry events and explore new opportunities.
