Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as Service Advisor in Automotive field or similar role.
Diploma in automotive field
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Able to work closely with the sales and technicians to achieve Company\'s goals.
Able to complete duties as assigned independently.
Able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel.

Responsibilities:

Liaise between the customer and service technicians.
Work with customers to catalogue customers\' concerns and comments.
Writing and providing technicians with service orders and accurate descriptions of problems and customers\' concern.
Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs.
Handling customer complaints.
Follow up with service dues and after service calls.
Ensuring quality control, conducting audits on the team\'s work and general compliance.
Ensuring the correct health and safety standards/procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
