Service Advisor (automotive)

Job Description
- Proficient in speaking & writing in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is an added advantage.
- Candidates must have excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
- Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
- Primary point of contact with customers:
- Scheduling Appointments
- Explaining & recommending repair works that are needed to be done
- Providing updates on customer\'s vehicle status
- Managing customer\'s expectation
- Responsible to provide a professional & excellent customer service.
- Building a strong relationship with customers.
- Identify problems and recommend solutions for the vehicles problems.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with their vehicles & level of service.
- Meals (lunch & tea break) are provided
