Job description and responsibilities:

Attend to customers' queries, service / repair needs & requirements in an attentive, prompt and courteous manner Plan, coordinate and schedule customer appointments ensuring efficient use of all resources including service team manpower, tools and equipment Complete Job Orders sheets and process the handover to the service team for diagnosis Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality completion of work Equipped with thorough knowledge of the company's services, promotions, and policies Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services to customers, keeping abreast with the company services & policies and promotions To ensure work area, office, waiting area and common areas are clean and in proper order Be a team player to promote a customer-focused culture within the company To undertake any cross functional activities assigned by the management where necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Automotive Industry or equivalent certificates in automotive field. At least 2 years of experience as a Car Service Advisor/Team leader/Automotive Technician in the Automotive Service industry. Preference will be given for candidates with BMW repair and maintenance-related background Results-oriented with effective planning, organization, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication skills - spoken and written (English and BM), with a service and teamwork mindset Knowledge of SQL accounting system and MS Office Six-day work week
