• For Technician: Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service
• With a strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
• Got mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and automotive service management software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.

TanggungjawabVehicle Diagnostics and Repairs

• Perform thorough diagnostics of vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models, ensuring high standards of workmanship.

Preventive Maintenance

• Carry out routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections to ensure vehicles operate efficiently and safely.
• Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines.

Customer Interaction

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and recommended services.
• Provide clear explanations of repairs and maintenance performed, helping customers understand their vehicle\'s needs.

Quality Control

• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct post-repair inspections to confirm that vehicles are operating correctly before returning them to customers.

Inspection and Testing

• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure all safety systems are functioning properly, such as brakes, lights, steering, and tires.
• Test vehicle emissions and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Perform post-repair test drives or checks to confirm that repairs have resolved the issues and that the vehicle operates correctly.

Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Update the service management system to reflect current vehicle status and service history.

Ad Hoc Assignments

• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the Service Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service department.
