Review warranty claims / prior approvals in line with the warranty and policy guidelines Respond to and resolve any warranty claim / prior approval inquiries, ensuring dealer awareness and compliance with warranty policy guidelines Follow up with dealers for reviewed claim submission
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain thorough working knowledge of warranty policy guidelines and repair procedures
Act as a warranty resource for authorized dealers, warranty operations, and OEM personnel and answer general warranty inquiries as required
Process claim request via client on-line systems
Maintain high quality and speedy resolution of authorized dealer request and enquiries via warranty ticketing system
Identify and report on any trends and ad hoc practices and advise dealers of cost-effective alternatives as appropriate
Maintain accurate records in accordance with the quality system
Support Warranty report / or any related development as required
Support Team Leader with various administrative duties
Who We're Looking For:
Direct Experiences
Min. 3 years experiences of both warranty and technical experience in Automotive Industry
Min. 2 years experiences as Automotive Warranty Specialist/Assessor
Qualifications:
Malaysia permanent work rights only
High vocational or higher in Automotive, Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineers
Min. 3 years experiences of both warranty and technical experience in Automotive Industry
Min. 2 years experiences as Automotive Warranty Specialist/Assessor
Team player with initiative and positive attitude toward learning
Excellent skill in MS office program especially in Excel and PowerPoint
Good command in spoken and written in English
