Job Description

• Having the Malaysian Police Training Center (Pulapol) certificate is given priority
• Candidates must have SPM qualification with at least 4 credits (Bahasa Malaysia - compulsory) with minimum one (1) years of working experience in related fields
• Having a Auxiliary Police Certificate from the Malaysian Police Training Center (Pulapol)
• Having a high level of integrity, self-discipline and being able to work in teams.
• Can use Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word & Power point.
• Can communicate in English well
• Height at least 158 cm and weight of at least 48 kg as well
• Good eyesight without glasses or contact lenses

Responsibilities

• Control and secure the traffic / movement at the main entrance.
• Verify all visitors and deny entry of any unauthorized or disapproved visitors.
• Ensures that visitor or contractor have valid document for identification before issuing the access card and visitor form.
• Control the movement of staff, visitors, contractor and vehicles in/out the compound.
• To do surveillance at strategic areas, patrolling and guarding.
• To monitor the traffic movement within the premises.
• Carrying out body search, personal belonging, parcel, building, vehicles of staff and visitors as preventive measures and as when necessary.
• Inspects and checks all parcel, box case or items that are to brought into the premises.
• Ensures that all office machinery, box case, parcel or items that are to be taken out is checked and have relevant document and written permission from the Head of Department.
• Assist in the in-coming and out-going escort of high security materials.
• Member of the Emergency response team and fire rescue team (Fire Marshall)
• Response to and reports all incident.
