As part of the Collaboration and Video Support Team, you will design, implement, and support collaboration services, focusing on video conferencing technologies like Cisco, Microsoft Teams, Poly, and Zoom. You'll work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions for on-premises and remote conferencing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage design, setup, maintenance, and upgrades of video conferencing (VC) systems.
Expertise in Cisco, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and Poly endpoints.
Coordinate and operate internal/external meetings, Townhalls, and AV systems.
Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and ensure SLA compliance.
Collaborate with vendors and teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
Handle equipment audits, procurement (BOM, quotes), and documentation.
Mentor team members and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
A/V design, budgeting, and project management experience.
Proficiency in Zoom, Teams, Cisco WebEx, Pexip, and other meeting platforms.
Strong skills in setting up, installing, and troubleshooting AV equipment.
Basic knowledge of networking and protocols.
MS Office proficiency, including Visio.
