Job Details:
Position : HR Advisor - Culture & Engagement
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to1730)
Company Industry : Aviation MRO
Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport
Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)
Remuneration : Basic RM6,000 - RM8,000 (based on qualification & education) with statutory contribution + quarterly incentives + insurance & leave entitlement
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Minimum Degree holder
- 3-5 working experience in promoting employee culture and engagement
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity tools and software systems such as Canva, video editing/making tools and social media tools
- Able to commence within immediately
- Malaysian citizen
- Employee lifecycle surveys, including annual engagement surveys and 360-degree feedback surveys.
- Setting and tracking HR-related sustainability metrics.
- Addressing gaps in employee engagement including implementation
- Implementing global employee recognition initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, areas of concern, and actionable insights; report data and recommend actions clearly and compellingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues on cross-functional projects related to culture and engagement
