The Role

• Ensure that customer\xe2\x80\x99s aircraft are fuelled on time and requisite & accurate documentation is maintained.
• To perform the duties of aircraft fueling in accordance with SAOM and SAMM (Shell Aviation Maintenance Manual). Also to ensure that a safe & efficient Operation being carried out as per Group & SAV HSSE guidelines, SAV Safety & Emergencies procedures.
• Ensure proper clear refuelling schedule assigned to each & everyone of operators work under his control shift to make sure no aircraft is missed out during the shift hours.
• Carry out and record the daily and weekly quality control and maintenance checks as laid down in the manuals.
• Carry out any other quality control and maintenance checks and tasks assigned to him by the supervisor according to his skills and training.
• Carry out and accept full responsibility for unsupervised single man refueling on all types of aircraft and depot activities as laid down in the quality control and operations manuals.
• Ensure in the case of cash fuelling that the correct amount is collected from the customer and is deposited in the bank or handed over to the supervisor in charge.
• Carry out the loading of refuellers and performing the required quality control checks prior to and after the loading as mentioned in the manuals.
• Properly and safely operate all equipment / vehicles in use.
• Must apply safe driving practices and comply with all airport regulations.
• Ensure refueling operator work in a hazardous environment and is required to wear personal protective equipment that will be issued to him.
• Prepare to work in shift pattern, (which may vary from time to time) to meet the operational needs of the airport. There will be occasions when additional times require meeting the customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
• Accept the introduction, operation and maintenance of new technology, equipment and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan / Medical ERP (ERP & MERP) and assist the subordinates /Fire department.
• Be actively involved in promoting Health and Safety in all aspects of the operations by performing all duties in a safe manner and to report and record all accidents, incidents, near misses immediately and fully involved in the safety/tool box meetings.
• Possess a good understanding and confidence when using Skypad Data Capture System (DCS) and its application. Accurately record and fully complete the appropriate manual / computer based delivery tickets on completion of each fuelling.
• Always be able to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in operations and keep good customer relations at all times.

• Refuel aircraft in accordance with SAOM/SAQAM.
• Zero incident/ zero spill to achieve Goal Zero.
• Zero delay / complaint performance.
• Maintain efficiency of operation to an agreed standard.
• Inform Site Manager on potential new Customers/Market Intelligence.
• Administer stock/sales control on a daily basis.
• Ensure correct Meter reconciliation on a daily basis.
• Input data from other Airports on a daily basis.
• Report all vehicle defects, accidents, incidents, PIs & NMs.
• Liaise with Kuala Lumpur Aviation Fuelling System (KAFS) on hydrant defects, ITP (Into-Plane) building maintenance, etc.
• Respond to Malaysia Airports / Dept. of Civil Aviation / Customer Airlines request for information & other services

• Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any background of studies
• Knowledge in refueling aircraft and safety on site
• Good leadership skills
• Must be able to work in rotational shifts
• Experience in refueling aircraft is beneficial
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
