1. Responsible to arrange shift for production operators and oversee the attendance and manpower distribution. 2. Responsible to inculcate 5S (sort, systematize, sweep, sanitize, self-discipline) good housekeeping habits and maintains discipline on production line. 3. Responsible to prepare daily and weekly production report. 4. Responsible to assist Production Manager in preparing production performance report. 5. Responsible to ensure that records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable as per ISO requirements. 6. Responsible to plan, organized and coordinates the line to its optimum in terms of efficiency and productivity. 7. Responsible to direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting their works performance. 8. Responsible to work with maintenance supervisor to coordinate maintenance work task. 9. Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures 10. Any other duties that may be given by the Management from time.
