About the role

Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Aviation Operations Assistant Manager/ Manager to oversee the daily operations of our aviation maintenance and repair facility in Kepong / Subang. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of our operations, while also contributing to the strategic direction of the business.

What you'll be doing

Oversee daily operations for cabin repair, seat cover fabrication, and 3D printing projects. Plan production schedules, shifts, and monitor turnaround time to meet deadlines. Ensure SOP and regulatory compliance (CAAM, EASA, Part 21G & 145). Monitor key performance metrics--productivity, material usage, delivery accuracy. Manage manpower, tools, and material planning to support smooth project execution. Collaborate with inventory and procurement teams for material traceability and stock control. Drive process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methods. Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support operations. Lead facility and equipment maintenance while recommending upgrades for efficiency. Interface with clients and internal teams to ensure project goals and expectations are met. Lead and develop cross-functional teams while upholding safety and compliance standards. Support strategic planning, cost estimation, and operational improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field Minimum 6-8 years in

aviation MRO or Industrial production operations;

experience in managing multi-line teams and cross-functional collaboration Strong knowledge advantage of

CAAM Part 145, EASA Part 21G

, airworthiness standards Proven leadership and team management skills, experience with

Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen

Familiarity with aviation cabin materials, 3D printing processes, composite manufacturing Strong project planning, tracking, and execution skills Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers as well as internal team. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
