The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Job Responsibilities
The Digital Acquisition Lead Analyst (AVP) is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Requires basic commercial awareness and understands the various aspects of digital marketing, performance marketing and optimizing growth.
The candidate should have developed communication skills and an eye for detail. Diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers or partners. Fluent in English, the candidate should be comfortable reviewing or revising marketing communications materials for campaigns, and assets from other business units. The candidate should also provide advise and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business.

Job Requirements
Influence decisions regarding Vendor/agency selection, development of creative assets, channel testing strategy and advise on the business on which products should be marketed/tested and test design.
Manage a marketing budget and track invoices from agency and vendor
Develop and execute campaign strategies and owns acquisition forecasting and peformance reporting for campaigns
Accountable for achieving campaign and business goals
Execute campaign management across existing programs in additinon to lead pricing negotations and execute media buying contracts for new initiatives
Optimize creative assets, content and acquisition landing pages to generate business results tied to KPIs
Oversee quality assurance in ad copies, landing pages and sitelinks pre and post campaign launch
Document and manage quality assurance and record retention as per the process manual as required for business audit on a quarterly basis
Manage and tracks monthly budget and performance to ensure KPI are efficently met month over month
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, deomonstrating particular consideration for the firm\'s reputation and safeguarding the Bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
6-7 years of experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role; experience in online paid media, SEO, SEM; banking experience is a plus
Candidate must be fluent in English and is comfortable reviewing and revising copymaterial and marketing assets
Education:
Bachelor/University degree
