About the Role:

Responsibility and Leadership: Manage day-to-day reconciliation processes, providing crucial support to CPS Management and various business areas.

Collaboration: Interface with multiple departments and business areas to identify breaks, ensuring timely escalation, follow-ups, and driving necessary changes within the process.

Management Information (MI): Prepare and issue detailed MI highlighting exception details, facilitating informed decision-making.

Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with Business Partners/Stakeholders to deliver enhancements and tactical improvements for existing processes.

Risk Management: Lead the Risk & Control Agenda, ensuring effective operations and supporting both tactical and strategic agendas for managed activities.

Role Requirements:

Experience: Ideally, 12+ years in a Market Securities environment with exposure to reconciliation functions.

Leadership Skills: Minimum 5 years of people management experience, with a track record of leading sizable teams.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at handling escalations and difficult conversations.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage global-level stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration.

Proactive Risk Reduction: Drive the reduction of risk events, ensuring the full implementation of preventive actions.

CASS Awareness: Ensure that CASS awareness is embedded within the teams.
