An exciting AVP, Network Operations (Financial Services) job has just become available at one of the leading corporate banks based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the AVP, Network Operations (Financial Services) Role:
In this business critical role, you are required to manage network infrastructure including routing and switching, firewall and voice scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain network/firewall and office Cisco IP Telephony (CUCM)
• Provide first and second level network support
• Coordinate and work with vendors for problem resolution and equipment replacement
• Maintain equipment inventory and configuration
• Abide to BCM policy and procedure before applying any changes

To succeed in this AVP, Network Operations (Financial Services) role, you will need to have strong network infrastructure skill set, preferably experienced working in FS/in-house environment.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or its equivalent
• Minimum of five years\' relevant experience in managing Cisco UCM, Cisco Firepower, Routing and Switching, NSX, Collaboration, etc. or other equivalent range of firewalls
• Strong technical knowledge of voice and data networks, security systems, network management protocols and network architecture
• Knowledge in banking processes and ITIL is an added advantage
