About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

To support the PSC transformation and projects * Project RAB@C360 Project

  • Functional Specification Documents (FSD) - PFS Business Representation, one of the main contributors + SME from existing CRM system
  • UAT - business representative (PIC for testing review, identify system/process gap (if any))
  • Training - Key contributor to training material/ content. Main touch point on system behavior/functionality & Trainer support
  • PI - PFS representative in command center, initial data load verifier
  • Wealth AB Project
  • BRD - business requirement contributor and SME from existing systems
  • FSD - reviewer and contributor
  • UAT - test lead cum tester for ITC1
  • CRM enhancement/project
  • Main PIC for all CRM related projects/CR/regression
  • Test lead cum tester
  • Main contributor for CRM constellation data take up approach
  • SME of CRM system
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years financial services industry experience
  • Seasoned in complaint resolution and service quality management a definite advantage
  • Strong self-motivation with good leadership, project and people management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
