About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide market update reports / investment portfolio outlook through write up / presentation / conference call to stakeholders
• Produce timely materials on UT Funds/Market\'s performances and Big 5
• To assist in launching of Unit Trust & Structured Products
• Prepare publication materials on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and ad-hoc write ups on crucial market events
• Provide product training to relevant stakeholders
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders during Pre/Post of new products launch/refresher updates
• Liaise with stakeholders on coordinating investment advisory webinars
• To understand Big Data, decipher it, and provide/implement strategies to achieve targets set by management
• To work on driving and optimize the portfolio approach
• Provide insight to internal customers on bank\'s portfolio strategy, walking through specific investments and highlighting pivotal events in the market.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in the wealth management industry
• Must possess FIMM certification, CFA certification will be an added advantage
• Must have exceptional understanding of the full range of investment expertise in wealth management related products & services
• Have solid understanding of financial markets and able to communicate at all levels, internally & externally
• Able to listen, understand, interpret and summarize information when dealing with stakeholders
• A team player, with motivational hands on approach
