We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a AWS Account Manager to bring your talent to Noventiq APAC. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a part of our Sales Department.
Job Summary: As an Account Manager for our AWS business, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our cloud computing solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them to achieve their goals by leveraging our AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in cloud computing solutions, particularly AWS.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase customer adoption of AWS cloud services
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales and service-related matters
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify client pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific business requirements
Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, including but not limited to Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers
Provide regular updates to senior management on account status and revenue forecasts
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AWS services, as well as the competitive landscape, to effectively communicate the benefits of our cloud solutions to clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in cloud computing solutions and services
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success Managers
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
AWS Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC
Familiarity with AWS pricing models and cost optimization best practices
Knowledge of AWS security and compliance requirements, including PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR
Understanding of AWS database solutions
Experience with AWS networking concepts
Familiarity with AWS serverless computing services
Understanding of AWS hybrid cloud solutions
