Azure Infrastructure Engineer
An established Swiss-based company is seeking a Azure Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in maintaining and optimizing Dynamics 365 system architecture to join new start up IT hub. This role offers a great opportunity for those passionate about Azure, D365 technology, Power Platforms, DevOps, and technical release management.Key Responsibilities of Azure Infrastructure Engineer:

• Dynamics 365 Infrastructure Management:

• Design, deploy, and manage the infrastructure for Dynamics 365, including Azure services like Azure SQL Database, Azure App Service, and Azure Active Directory.
• Collaborate with solution architects to optimize system design and performance.
• Implement best practices for high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.
• Technical Release Management and System Refresh:

• Coordinate with development teams to plan and execute system updates, patches, and feature releases.
• Monitor and address issues in release pipelines.
• Manage environment refreshes for F&O and CE, including Dual Write interactions.
• Azure DevOps Pipelines:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• ISV Deployments:

• Oversee the deployment of third-party solutions (ISVs) within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Validate the compatibility and performance of ISV solutions.
• Security and Compliance:

• Implement security controls, manage access, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and address security vulnerabilities.
• Documentation and Training:

• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide training to IT staff and end-users on system maintenance and best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Azure Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Azure services related to Dynamics 365 (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault).
• Experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Release Management:

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing releases.
• Understanding of version control (Git) and branching strategies.
• Dynamics 365 Skills:

• Proficiency in configuring and managing Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain).
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Security and Compliance:

• Knowledge of Azure security features (Azure AD, RBAC, network security groups).
• Awareness of GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Communication and Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Education:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications (preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.
• Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in Azure infrastructure management.
• Specific experience with Dynamics 365 implementation and administration.
