Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all PPG EHS requirements related to Electrical Safety, Preventive Maintenance and local government requirements.
• Ability to execute periodic maintenance on manufacturing machines, facilities, and utilities systems.
• Facility Champion in charge of making sure that buildings and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them and execute related work requests.
• LCR Owner for: LOTO & Electrical Safe Work Practices
• Able to read and translate circuits schematics and symbols in order to troubleshoot and repair the equipment mentioned above.
• Execution of tests to determine whether equipment, software, or procedures are operating as expected.
• Project Manager, providing technical consultation and managing the upgrade project or new build of facilities, utilities and building systems.
• Responsible to ensure cost of building, utilities, facilities maintenance & spares are under control and lead cost savings projects.
• Accountable for service and maintenance such as building maintenance, cleaning, parking, heating/cooling and ventilation, main supporting equipment such as compressors, chillers, dust collectors, A/C, lighting and small power, electrical system and Low Exhaust Ventilation systems (LEVs) is in an optimal condition.
• Plan and manage electrical service, calibration, infra-red, oil analysis testing for the plant.
• Manage calibration portal, ensure audits and compliance of calibration of equipment in the plant.
• Manage service contracts with relevant vendors related to building, utilities, facilities maintenance.
• Spare parts management for building, utilities, facilities maintenance (stock count with techs and place order for replenishments using CMMS)
• Generate regular work reports (CMMS, safety, near-miss, property damage, etc) with regards to facilities
• Perform monthly AM/FP audit, 5S audit and drive continuous improvements.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum Certificate of Competency ~ B0 to B4 Grade from Suruhanjaya Tenaga
• Minimum 5 years\' experience in related work.
• Possesses positive working attitude, strong leadership skills, initiative, committed, willing to learn.
• Computer savvy \xe2\x80\x93 able to use OEE, CMMS, Web Based Calibration System, Microsoft Outlook, Team, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Team player, self-starter and customer service oriented
• Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Have held position as B0 Chargeman for a minimum of 3 years and have the relevant exposure in the maintenance of electrical systems such as: Air Compressors up to 250HP, Air Conditioning systems, Generator sets \xe2\x80\x93 50/60Hz, 415V, 600KVA, Cooling Tower and Pumps, Fire Protection Equipment
