  • Answering enquiries and support business partners and Clients in terms of their care visit requirements.
  • Updating of information and data to clients and business partners on their care visit and assigned care professionals.
  • Ensuring that care visits are created on Homage\'s system and updated with the client\'s business partner\'s requirements.
  • Cross-function communication with our operations team to ensure that the care visits are delivered and fulfilled on time with our SLA.
Skills & Experience you will need\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and business partners, coupled with active listening to understand and address client needs.
  • Attention to detail for updating and maintaining accurate information, along with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to handle client enquiries and resolve issues satisfactorily would be favourable
  • Proficiency in CRM software, office applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Hubspot) would be an advantage.
5 days work week (Including weekends) * Weekday Shift work rostered by hiring manager
  • 8am - 5pm
  • 9am - 6pm
  • 10am - 7pm
  • Weekend and PH
  • 9am - 6pm
