Job Description

Boxgreen is looking for a fun, passionate and creative B2B Marketing Executive who wants to own brand building, organic customer acquisition strategy online and partner up with great companies offline. If you have a passion for people, taste for good design and digital marketing know-how, we\'d love to meet you! The Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and key industry trends to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and align marketing efforts to support their initiatives, including creating sales enablement materials, presentations, and collateral.
  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, events, webinars, and advertising.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, such as social media posts, case studies, videos, and infographics, to drive brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
  • Manage the company\'s website and optimize it for lead generation and conversion, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflective of the brand.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage lead nurturing, scoring, and tracking, and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, landing pages, and advertisements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and trade associations to enhance brand visibility and secure media coverage opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and lead conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing, and share knowledge and recommendations with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications or partnership.
  • Experience in digital marketing and various social media marketing platforms
  • Outgoing, strong communication skills
  • Effective at building strong relationships with people across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently while keeping strong and frequent channels of communications
  • Warmth, resourcefulness and good judgment
