to join our Business-to-Business (B2B) team at

Brightstar Computer!

In this role, you'll be crucial in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly, from managing documentation to assisting our sales team in achieving their targets.

Location:

Plaza Low Yat, Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur (Easily accessible via MRT and Monorail stations!)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, process, and follow up on sales quotations, orders, and invoices. Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing reports. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to our B2B clients. Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a sales administration or similar support role, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A
