• Develop and maintain server-side components of software applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Implement efficient and secure APIs for data exchange.
• Write clean, well-documented code in Java, PHP, Python, and Node.js.
• Participate in code reviews and address performance issues.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Stay updated with new technologies and improve development processes.
• Take ownership, exhibit curiosity, and demonstrate good common sense.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer in Java, PHP, Python, and Node.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, data structures, and databases.
• Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Problem-solving skills and knowledge of software development best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to make sound decisions.
• Experience with Git and familiarity with cloud platforms are desirable.
