Job Description
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - TRAINING Provided
- 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be based in Startek Ara Damansara and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

You will play an important role in:
- To handle backend job (70%) & customer service job (30%)
- Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- 5 working days in a week
