Position : Customer Service Specialist - (Mandarin Speaker)Company Industry : Banking/ Financial ServicesMarket: Singapore & MalaysiaWorking Hours : 24/7 shift rotation (9 Hours inc 1 hour break)Working Location : WSC, Jalan Teknologi Malaysia, Technology Park Malaysia, 57000 Bukit Jalil, Kuala LumpurWorking Duration: PermanentRemuneration : Salary from RM2,700 - RM5,000 (depend on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement +RM500 (Fixed allowance) + Quarterly IncentiveOvertime: Depends on Business needsWHO CAN APPLY?

• Must be Malaysian
• MUST fluent in English & Mandarin to cater to the customers in Malaysia & Singapore (Inbound & Outbound).
• Have at least SPM Certificate
• Experience in Customer Service or relevant experience at least 6 month
• Comfortable to work 24/7 rotation shift
• Comfortable doing customer service & sales role
• Able to join physical interview on 4th July 2024 at 1:30PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels. (Email & Inbound
• calls)
• Identify customer\'s needs, researching any existing issue in order to provide strategic solutions that will best

address customer\'s needs while ensuring that any existing confusion is clarified.

• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with Service partners and internal departments to ensure

case closure in accordance to our service standards.

• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the

customer experience.

• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
