We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives for Mandarin Speaker. As the face of our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding experience to our valued customers.Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM leaver.
• Required language(s): Mandarin or English (Spoken) with minimum RM2800 Basic Salary
• Must be of Malaysian nationality.
• \xef\xb8\x8f Training provided - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
• Each shift consists of 9 working hours and includes of 1-hour lunch for rest.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ara Damansara.

Job Qualifications:

• \xef\xb8\x8f Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
• \xef\xb8\x8f Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.

ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• \xef\xb8\x8f Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns and issues.
• Assist customers with product selection, orders, billing inquiries, and general assistance.
