We are hiring Customer Service Engineer! \xf0\x9f\x91\x90

Job Details:
\xe2\x9c\x94Position: Customer Service Engineer (Mandarin Speaker)
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Days: Monday to Friday
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Hours: 9AM to 6PM
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Location: WFH + travels around Penang (remote work)
\xe2\x9c\x94Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewal upon performance)

:
\xe2\x9c\x94Responsible for installation, commissioning and training of vision inspection system, and machine acceptance.
\xe2\x9c\x94Pay ferquent customer visit for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to improve customer satisfaction and build strong relationship.
\xe2\x9c\x94Handle machine maintainance, and conduct troubleshooting to solve technical issues.
\xe2\x9c\x94Frequent travel across the country and sometimes overseas.

Requirement and Experience:
\xe2\x9c\x941+ years of experiences in similar technical services job (Inspection supplier/printing machinery).
\xe2\x9c\x94Min in Diploma degree or above (mechanical, IT/automation, electrical).
\xe2\x9c\x94Knowledge in mechanical and electrical, can read and draw basic drawings.
\xe2\x9c\x94Know how to use AutoCAD basically.
\xe2\x9c\x94English and Local language, Chinese is a MUST!
