Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods including desserts, viennoiserie, pastries
Follow recipes and production processes to ensure consistency and quality
Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal product quality.
Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and bakery area.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies to avoid spoilage.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
?Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demands.
?Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve baking skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:-
At least three (3) years of proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role;
Knowledgeable in practicing halal-related SOP in F&B industry,
Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment;
?Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods;
Excellent time management and organizational skills;
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks;
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team;
?Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
