Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cake, pastries, cookies and other baked goods. Ensure proper preparation according to formula and scheduled standards
Establish production schedule and set quota for the number of goods to be produced on daily basis
Compliance Company standard operation procedure, ensure equipment is clean before and during use, products meet quality and food safety standards and Halal
Other duties shall be assigned from time to time by the Superior when and while required.
Requirement
Related courses or working experience in related field.
Flexibility to work, follow time table, shift work, weekend and holiday.
Accepts working in an environment with baking equipment, stand, walk, bend and lift heavy items for long hours.
Language skills: English, Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantages
