Candidates possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree in Culinary Arts is an added advantage.
Have at least 1-2 years experiences as a Bakery Chef.
Able speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Good knowledge of various bakery types and techniques.
Ability to work both fast and accurately.
Able to work in team.
Availability to work including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Flexibility to take on various shifts.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Tanggungjawab

Assist in existing bakery menu with various main ingredients and materials (for example, flavoring, flour, side dishes etc)
Prepare all types of bakery including different variance of breads, i.e croissant
Select fresh ingredients to make high-quality bakery
Maintain a good food prep activities
Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
Recommend / brainstorming on new, modern recipes
Maintain hygiene principles in all cooking areas and clean your space at the end of the shift
