Weighing, pricing, and packaging purchased items, as well as processing payments.
Provide excellent customer services.
Managing customer complaints and relaying them to the Supervisor.
Managing the baking ingredients inventory and requesting the purchase of stock.
Report to supervisor the inventory of egg yolk and tart skin before ordering cut off time.
Tracking ingredient expiry dates and arranging their use accordingly.
Ensure egg tart quality.
Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of egg tart on display.
Report the number of remaining egg tarts and seek for supervisor instruction whether tocontinue baking.
Maintaining a clean and tidy baking station.
Cleaning the bakery station after business hours and preparing it for the next day.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
