Work closely with the Outlet Supervisor to support shop operations and team efficiency.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification:
SPM
or equivalent.
At least
1 year of experience
in retail, F&B, or other customer-facing roles.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to
work under pressure
and manage multiple tasks effectively.
