Job Summary:
Footer Malaysia is looking for a
Part-Time Retail Assistant cum E-Commerce Support
to join our team at Pavilion Damansara Heights. No experience required -- training will be provided! If you're friendly, responsible, and enjoy interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to gain retail and e-commerce experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Handle basic sales transactions and maintain accurate cash handling.
Support online order management -- packing parcels, preparing shipments, and coordinating with delivery partners.
Arrange and restock products to ensure the kiosk looks neat and attractive.
Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming environment at the outlet.
Follow company policies and work closely with the Outlet Supervisor when needed.
Requirements:
No prior experience required -- training will be provided.
Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn about retail and e-commerce.
Able to work
at least 4 days a week
, with
a minimum of 5 hours per day
(including weekends and public holidays on rotation).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM9.00 - RM10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 32 per week
Work Location: In person
