Location : Paradigm Mall, JB / Toppen Shopping Centre, JB
Responsibility:
Provide friendly service and guide customers on the steps for baking process.
Building good relationship with customers.
Ensure customers bake in a fun and happy atmosphere by communicating with them.
Ensure all equipment, kitchen tools and tables are cleaned at anytime.
Work together with team members to facilitate big group events & parties.
Provide consultation to customers to sign up for membership package.
Perform other management duties including ingredients stock check, ingredients packing, research & development, answer phone inquiries etc
Requirements:
A good team player. Responsible.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Flexible to working hours as scheduled during weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays.
Good in time management, customer service and communication skills.
Conversational in English, Malay and Mandarin (optional, is a plus)
Applicants with customer service or culinary background will be an added advantage.
Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.
