Position Overview

As a Bank Insurance Advisor, you will be stationed at a bank branch to assist customers with their insurance needs. You will represent a reputable insurance brand, offering protection solutions through face-to-face consultation. The role includes comprehensive product training, strong income potential, and a structured path for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Introduce and explain insurance products to bank customers Assess financial goals and offer customised insurance plans Build long-term trust and support with clients Achieve assigned sales targets Take part in regular sales and product training sessions

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Candidates from any industry background may be considered Bank Insurance Advisor (Trainee): SPM/STPM with at least 3 years of work experience Diploma holders with under 1 year experience Senior Advisor (Trainee): Degree holders with less than 1 year experience Senior Advisor: Degree holders with 2+ years relevant experience
(Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated for suitable positions)

Salary & Incentives

Basic salary between RM 2,600 and RM 10,000 depending on role level Monthly commissions and attractive performance incentives Annual bonus and tactical campaign rewards Incentive trips (Tier 1 & Tier 2 categories) Medical coverage included Exclusive staff rates for housing and vehicle financing
