Position: Financial Planning Executive (Bank Partnered)

We are representing a leading financial institution currently hiring Financial Planning Executives to be stationed at bank branches across Malaysia.

Job Summary

As a Financial Planning Executive, you will operate within a bank branch, engaging with customers to provide personalised insurance and protection advice. You'll be backed by a strong training program and offered attractive incentives as part of a long-term career in bancassurance.

Responsibilities

Introduce insurance and protection products to walk-in and existing customers Conduct financial needs analysis and present tailored solutions Build trust and maintain ongoing client relationships Achieve set performance and sales targets Participate in structured coaching and product training

Candidate Criteria

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Open to applicants from all backgrounds Financial Planning Executive (Trainee): SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years working experience Diploma with less than 1 year working experience Senior Executive (Trainee): Degree holder with less than 1 year experience Senior Executive: Degree holder with at least 2 years related experience

Remuneration & Benefits
