Position Overview

As a Bancassurance Sales Consultant, you will operate from within a bank branch and serve as the insurance specialist for walk-in and existing customers. You will provide personalised advice and recommend insurance plans based on each customer's financial needs. This role offers long-term career growth, ongoing training, and rewarding incentives.

Job Responsibilities

Approach and engage with customers to introduce insurance products Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored financial protection plans Build and sustain long-term client relationships Achieve sales targets and performance objectives Participate in structured product and advisory training sessions

Candidate Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Suitable for candidates from various industries Bancassurance Sales Consultant (Trainee): SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years of work experience Diploma holders with less than 1 year experience Senior Consultant (Trainee): Degree holders with less than 1 year experience Senior Consultant: Degree holders with minimum 2 years relevant experience

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary ranges from RM 2,600 to RM 10,000 depending on experience and role level Monthly commissions and attractive sales incentives Annual bonus and tactical performance rewards Incentive trips (Tier 1 & Tier 2 - local and international) Full medical coverage Staff loan benefits with preferential housing and car loan interest rates
