Role Overview

You will be positioned at bank branches, representing a trusted insurance brand. This role involves guiding customers with professional financial advice and offering suitable insurance solutions. It provides a structured career path, strong support through training, and a performance-driven reward system.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers at the bank to introduce and explain insurance products Conduct consultations to provide personalised financial recommendations Maintain ongoing relationships with customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Participate in regular product and sales training sessions

Candidate Profile

Suitable for fresh graduates Open to professionals from other sectors Financial Executive (Trainee): SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years work experience, or Diploma with less than 1 year experience Senior Financial Executive (Trainee): Degree with less than 1 year experience Senior Financial Executive: Degree with 2 or more years relevant experience

Remuneration & Benefits
