Position: Customer Financial Consultant (Bank-Based)

On behalf of a major financial institution, we are hiring Customer Financial Consultants to be placed at various bank branches throughout Malaysia.

Role Description

As a Customer Financial Consultant, you will be placed within a bank environment to assist clients with financial planning and insurance solutions. This is a front-line advisory role where you'll interact directly with customers to help them understand and secure protection plans suited to their individual needs. Comprehensive training and attractive earnings are part of the package.

Main Responsibilities

Introduce and promote insurance offerings to customers visiting the bank Conduct financial assessments and recommend tailored protection plans Build rapport and manage ongoing customer relationships Deliver results in line with sales targets and branch objectives Participate in coaching and development sessions

Candidate Requirements

Open to fresh graduates and applicants from various industries Customer Financial Consultant (Trainee): SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years of work experience Diploma with less than 1 year experience Senior Consultant (Trainee): Degree holders with less than 1 year experience Senior Consultant: Degree holders with 2+ years of relevant experience

Remuneration Package

Basic salary from RM 2,600 up to RM 10,000 (depending on experience and position) Commission-based incentives and monthly bonuses Year-end bonus and special sales rewards Tiered travel incentives (local and overseas) Full medical benefits Staff housing and car loan interest rate privileges
