RequirementsWe are looking for the right talent! If you are passionate about financial services and insurance sales, we warmly invite you to join our team. As a member of Banca, you will assist walk-in customers at the bank in identifying suitable packages and recommend the various insurance products they need. Unlike traditional insurance roles, you won't need to source customers yourself. The position offers a fixed basic salary + cumulative commission!Work Location: At Public Bank branches in Peninsular Malaysia or East Malaysia, with the flexibility to choose your preferred location. The final work location will be decided upon successful interview.Paid training will be provided.Requirements:

• Language: Proficient in Mandarin with English communication skills.
• Education: Minimum SPM with at least 5 credits; Diploma/Degree holders (Fresh graduate / Experienced ) are also encouraged to apply.
• Must be 21 yrs old or above and have your own transport.
• Working Hours: Based on the bank's schedule, typically Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers at the bank and proactively inquire about their needs. Engage with customers to understand their financial goals, risk preferences, and insurance needs, and recommend suitable insurance products (such as life insurance, health insurance, investment-linked insurance, etc.).
• Explain the features, benefits, and purchase process of insurance products to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the product details.
• Handle immediate customer inquiries about insurance products, including questions on product terms, returns, claims processes, and more.
• Record customer information promptly and provide follow-up services, such as regular updates or product information updates.
