Responsible for achieving assigned business target and maximise cross selling target of bancassurance products for SME portfolio.
Onboard new business in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders and monitor the account performance and take action where necessary to promote growth and maintain profitability.
Support market intelligence and perform market and competitor analysis in the industry and to provide insights to product team to develop products that suits SME channel.
Provide insurance within the given authority limit and liaise with BSIB if sum insured of the property exceeded assigned authority limit in the quotation system
Follow-up closely between BSIB and the corporate customers on risk survey.
Provide high quality claims service to customers, in liaison with BSIB Sales/Claim Department.
End to end sales tracking, submission and follow up on all sales related activities/ matter (i.e: customer enquiry / sales submission/ customer claim and etc.) within stipulated timeframe.
Maintains high compliance and sales discipline benchmark in accordance with Bank\'s and regulatory guidelines.
Builds and maintains good relationship with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Willing and take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned from time to time.
