Job Description
Job Scope:
- Perform outbound call to notify customers regarding outstanding and overdue payment
- Negotiate with customers to make repayment arrangement
- Follow up calls with customers
- Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts
- Min qualification: Bachelor Degree in any field
- Experience in collections/customer service/contact centre will be an added advantage
- Possess good spoken English and third language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Willing work extended hours and weekends as and when required
