About the Department

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group?s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

• To contact, negotiate, persuade and convince customers on the payment arrangement.
• To assess how genuine a customer?s reason for non-payment and propose solution with alternative options ie reschedule, refinancing, etc
• To communicate and carry oneself in proper professional manner
• To listen attentively and respond when appropriate
• To achieve the target set
• To attend to the documentation required to assist collection
• Able to take on additional tasks and/or project when assigned

Job Requirements

• Recognized Degree in any field, with or without working experience
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
• Strong communication skills, especially English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Must be target oriented and work well under pressure.
• Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft word and excel
• We will offer lucrative commission on target achieved.
