Bank Officer (operation :tt/rentas Team)
Job Description
: Department: Operations Department - TT/Rentas Team . Provide operations, admin support, clearing & settlement of both local and overseas remittance payment transaction, eg: Rentas and SWIFT . Support in adhoc/admin tasks assigned . Multi-tasking & providing support to other teams within the same business unit, liaising with other departments to resolve investigations in local . Ensure compliance to Remittance Policies, Manual& Guidelines and Service Level Agreement . Preferably, the candidate to have experience in banking operations, especially Foreign currency remittance & familiar with Foreign Exchange Policy Notices / SWIFT & BNM/Paynet guideline Required work experience : Bachelor Degree with experience in Banking Industry: payment operation (Rentas and SWIFT). Meticulous, thorough and supportive oriented Familiar with MS Office Application) Eg: Outlook, Excel, Words) Proactive and good team player, ability to communicate effectively with team members and counterparties Able to adapt to pace working environment
