Job Description
Customer Service Officer (Permanent)
Earliest shift at 6am, latest shift by 3am Subjected to rotational shift between 9.5 hours (based on business requirement) 9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break*) Rest 2 days (Off day split)
1 month classroom training (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance*
SPM/STPM/Cert holder: Min. 5 years Full Time working experience | Advanced/Diploma holder: Min. 2 years Full Time working experience | Fresh Degree is welcome
Remuneration Package:
Basic is up to RM4,000 depending on experience | Fresh Degree Holder: RM3200
RM500 Bonus upon confirmation (One time off)
RM25 per day ? Transport Allowance (start anytime before 7am / end after 12am)
RM350 Fixed Shift Allowance/ up to RM900 if night shift
Quarterly KPI Incentives (up to RM2,000) Non sales KPI e.g. AHT, attendance, etc.
RM300 per month Mandarin Language Allowance
21 days annual leave
14 day medical leave
Misc. Leave
Medical & Insurance coverage (including Immediate Family)
Dental & Optical RM400 per annum
OT is claimable upon approval
Double Pay on Public Holiday
Yearly Performance Bonus and Salary Review in March
