Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:- \xc2\xb7 Collect payments from delinquent customers. \xc2\xb7 Call customers using all approved methods of communication. \xc2\xb7 On overdue accounts and amount currently owed. \xc2\xb7 Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. \xc2\xb7 Follow up frequently for payment commitments. \xc2\xb7 Handle Banking & Telco clients REQUIREMENTS:-
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.
- Good communication skills (BM & English).
- Self-discipline and Team player.
- Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage.
